Power of Self Education (POSE) is having an open mic and “Poetry Slam” Friday, July 1, from 7 to 9 p.m., at Rehoboth Lighthouse Full Gospel Church, 409 Washington St., Haverhill.
Prizes will be offered and there will be live music.
The event, held in collaboration with VIP, is open to ages 16 and up. Those interested may register by calling Kat or Angel at (978) 457-3676 or emailing [email protected]. While registration is encouraged, walk-ins are welcome.
