Police Arrest 23-Year-Old Homeless Man on Weapons Charges

A man listed by Haverhill police as homeless was arrested Monday on an outstanding warrant for weapons and armed assault charges.

Brandon Carroll, 23, last known address in Atkinson, N.H., was arrested at 11:57 a.m., Monday, at 93 Lafayette Square. Under the warrant, he was charged with armed assault to murder, discharging a firearm within 500 feet of a dwelling, carrying a firearm without a license and unlicensed possession of ammunition. He was due to be arraigned in Haverhill District Court.

A Haverhill man arrested Monday on a warrant charging him with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon was also to be arraigned in court.

Juan Lozada, 27, of 25 New St., Haverhill, was taken into custody at 11:34 a.m., Monday, at home.

A man arrested by Haverhill police late Monday night and charged with assault and battery and resisting arrest is due to appear in court.

Robert Dixon, 58, of 41 Valley View Farm, Haverhill, was arrested at 10:34 p.m., Monday, at 122 Klondike Ave.
