Harrison Street Man Faces Theft Charges After Arrest

A Haverhill man is due to be arraigned in Haverhill District Court after his arrest Tuesday evening on theft-related charges.

Joseph Trongeau, 28, of 96 Harrison St., Haverhill, was arrested by Haverhill police at 5:43 p.m., Tuesday, at 108 Main St. He was charged with larceny over $250, breaking into a depository and destruction of property.

In other police news:

A North Andover woman was due in court to face drunk driving charges after her arrest early Tuesday morning.

Alexis Kelly, 34, of North Andover, was arrested at 2:45 a.m., Tuesday, at 658 South Main St. She was charged with driving under the influence of liquor and a marked lanes violation.

A Haverhill man, arrested Tuesday evening on a charge of driving with a suspended license, also faces other motor vehicle charges under an outstanding warrant.

Matthew Langston-Pelletier, 22, of 187 Grove St., Haverhill, was arrested by Haverhill police at 6:23 p.m., Tuesday, on Fernwood Avenue. Under the warrant, he was additionally charged with operating an uninsured motor vehicle and operating with a suspended registration.

Also, a Haverhill man, arrested Tuesday night and charged by police with disturbing the peace, is due to appear in court.

Christopher Davis, 43, of 81 Winter St., Haverhill, was arrested at 8:30 p.m., Tuesday, at his residence.
