Two motorists are due in Haverhill District Court to face impaired driving charges following separate arrests Saturday by Haverhill police.

Mark Rivard, 53, of 182 Presidential Drive, Haverhill, was arrested at 1:32 p.m., Saturday, at 140 River St. He was charged with driving under the influence of liquor (second offense) and driving under the influence of drugs.

Marylou Medlock, 51, of North Andover, was arrested at 11:46 p.m., Saturday, on Shelley Road. She was charged with a single count of driving under the influence of liquor.

Three other motorists, arrested in Haverhill over the weekend on unlicensed driving charges, among others, are also due to appear in court.

Heriberto Rivera-Negron, 27, of 165 Winter St., Haverhill, was arrested by Haverhill police at 7:44 p.m., Sunday, at 73 White St. He was charged with driving with a suspended license and operating a vehicle without an inspection sticker.

Luismiguel Santiago, 29, of Lawrence, was arrested at 11:48 a.m., Saturday, at 31 Fifth Ave. He was charged with driving with a revoked license and a number plate violation.

Jayson Panebianco, 19, of North Reading, was arrested at 1:34 p.m., Friday, on Main Street. He was charged with driving with a suspended license, failure to stop or yield and not having a license in possession.

In other police news, two Haverhill men, arrested separately by Haverhill police Friday on assault charges, were to appear in district court.

Jared Gonzalez, 22, of 5 Seventh Ave., Haverhill, was arrested at 12:15 p.m., Friday, on Cedar Street. He was charged with assault with a dangerous weapon, threat to commit a crime and disturbing the peace.

David Haskell, 24, of 7 Rose St., Haverhill, was arrested at 12:12 p.m., Friday, at 395 Main St. He was charged with assault with a dangerous weapon and disturbing the peace.
