A Melrose man, arrested in Haverhill Tuesday afternoon on a charge of drinking in public, is due to appear in Haverhill District Court.
Kenneth Dykens, 54, of Melrose, was arrested by Haverhill police at 4:05 p.m., Tuesday, at 108 Main St. He was also taken into custody on an unspecified outstanding warrant.
