Lowell, Haverhill Men Face Haverhill Drug Dealing Charges

Two men face separate drug dealing charges in Haverhill District Court after their arrests Wednesday by Haverhill police.

Miguel Guzman, 30, of Lowell, was arrested at 10:49 a.m., Wednesday, at 117 Lincoln Ave. He was charged with two counts of drug possession with intent to distribute, possession of a class E drug, carrying a dangerous weapon and drug violation near a school zone.

Steven Roman-Ovares, 24, of 70 Beach St., Haverhill, was arrested by Haverhill detectives at 1:27 p.m., Wednesday, at home. He was charged with drug possession with intent to distribute and conspiracy to violate drug laws.
