A Haverhill man was to be arraigned in Haverhill District Court on cocaine trafficking and other drug-related charges after his arrest by Haverhill police Monday morning at CVS Pharmacy, 150 Lafayette Square.
Stephen Rajotte, 46, of 133 River St., Haverhill, was arrested at 9:05 a.m., Monday and charged with cocaine trafficking, drug possession with intent to distribute, drug violation near a school zone and driving under the influence of drugs.
