Sean J. Campbell, 47, Letter Carrier

Sean_CampbellSean J. Campbell, 47, of Haverhill, died Wednesday morning, May 4, after a two-year battle with colon cancer.

Campbell was born in Malden and relocated to Bradford with his family 15 years ago. He was heavily involved in the community as a coach for Riverside Bradford Youth Baseball and Haverhill Thunder Youth Hockey where he coached both of his sons and hundreds of kids for many years. He was so proud of the fact that he remained a part of their lives long after they left youth sports and he watched them become men and go off to college or land a good job. He worked 18 years as a letter carrier for the U.S. Postal Service.

He is survived by his wife Michelle (Doria) Campbell; two sons, Trevor and Tanner; parents, Carl and Frances Campbell of Malden; brother, Carl Campbell Jr. and his wife Rhonda of Bradford; sister, Nicole (Campbell) Zimmerman and her husband Michael of Melrose; mother-in-law, Pamela Mahoney of Malden; sister-in-law, Tina (Doria) Yahiaoui and her husband Eric of Methuen; brother-in-law, John Doria and his wife Veronica of Manchester, N.H.; nieces and nephews, Anthony, Tyler, Calvin, Nate, Carley, Emma, Evan, Giovanni and Angelin;a as well as numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his calling hours Monday, May 9, from 4 to 7 p.m. at H.L. Farmer & Sons Bradford Funeral Home, 210 South Main St., Bradford. His Funeral Mass of Christian Burial will be Tuesday morning, May 10 at 11, in Sacred Hearts Church, 165 South Main St., Bradford. Meet directly at Church.
