A Haverhill man is facing drug and motor vehicle charges in Haverhill District Court after his arrest Wednesday by Haverhill police detectives.
Michael Connors, 25, of 33 Broadway, Haverhill, was arrested at 11:27 a.m., Wednesday, at home. He was charged with drug possession with intent to distribute, drug violation near a school zone and driving with a suspended license. He was also taken into custody on an unspecified outstanding warrant.
In other police news, a Haverhill man, arrested Wednesday night on repeat impaired driving charges, is due to be arraigned in district court.
Jordan Metherall, 23, of 136 South Elm St., Haverhill, was arrested by Haverhill police at 10:29 p.m., Wednesday, at 440 North Ave. He was charged with driving under the influence of drugs (second offense), operating with a revoked license and driving under the influence while license suspended for prior offense.
