Police Arrest Three in Separate Impaired Driving Cases

Three motorists, arrested by Haverhill police over the weekend on impaired driving charges, are due to be arraigned in Haverhill District Court.

Joshua Croteau, 22, of Groveland, was arrested at 8:34 p.m., Saturday, on Boston Road and charged with driving under the influence of liquor, driving with alcohol from an open container and negligent operation of a motor vehicle.

Benjamin Lipman, 27, of Ipswich, was arrested by Haverhill police at 9:44 p.m., Friday, at 181 Main St. He was charged with driving under the influence of drugs, reckless operation and larceny from a person.

Jane Steinberg, 55, of 7 Hunters Run Place, Haverhill, was arrested at 9:37 p.m., Friday, at 371 Lowell Ave. She was charged with driving under the influence of liquor and alcohol from an open container.

Two Haverhill residents, arrested separately on outstanding warrants for unlicensed driving charges, among others, are due to appear in court.

Alexis Panneton, 21, of 40 South Warren St., Haverhill, was arrested by Haverhill police at 2:14 p.m., Sunday, at 127 Cedar St. and charged with driving without a license, crosswalk violation and failure to stop for police. Under a warrant, she was also charged with a prior count of driving without a license, as well as leaving the scene of an accident with property damage and a marked lanes violation.

Dawn Blodgett, 31, of 127 How St., Haverhill, was taken into custody at 11:58 a.m., Saturday, at 100 Plaistow Road. Under a warrant, she was charged with driving with a suspended license and a motor vehicle equipment violation.
