Groveland Street Residents Face Assault Charges

Two Haverhill residents face arraignment on assault charges, among others, after being arrested at their home Saturday by Haverhill police.

Jason Neptune, 36, and Christine Dovey, 29, both of 465 Groveland St., Haverhill, were arrested at about 2:23 p.m., Saturday, at home. Each was charged with one count of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon. Neptune was additionally charged with witness intimidation.

A Haverhill man is due in Haverhill District Court to face police charges including drunk driving in connection with his arrest early Sunday.

Christopher Jones, 43, of 422 Groveland St., Haverhill, was arrested by Haverhill police at 1:54 a.m., Sunday, on Groveland Street. He was charged with driving under the influence of liquor, negligent operation and defacing property.

Two Haverhill men charged with shoplifting in connection with arrests Friday afternoon at Westgate shopping plaza, 400 Lowell Ave., are due to be arraigned in court.

Kristopher Graciale, 28, of 10 Arch St., Haverhill; and Gregory Johnson, 51, of 203 Hilldale Ave., Haverhill, were arrested by Haverhill police at about 3:59 p.m., Friday. Johnson was additionally charged with driving with a suspended license.

Three people, arrested separately over the weekend on motor vehicle charges, including unlicensed driving, are due to appear in Haverhill District Court.

Roberto Silva, 31, of 70 Franklin St., Haverhill, was arrested by Haverhill police at 3:22p.m., Sunday, at 41 Fifth Ave. He was charged with driving with a suspended license and failure to stop or yield.

Maria Caba, 45, of 45 Brook St., Haverhill, was arrested at 4:22 p.m., Sunday, at 22 Warren St. She was charged with a single count of driving with a suspended license.

Elias Sanchez, 20, of 17 Bellevue Ave., Haverhill, was arrested on an outstanding warrant charging him with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, negligent operation and failure to stop or yield. The arrest occurred at 8:16 p.m., Saturday, at Westgate shopping plaza, 400 Lowell Ave.

Two Haverhill residents are due in court after being arrested separately by police on disorderly conduct charges over the weekend.

Shane Fisher, 42, of 99 South Elm St., Haverhill, was taken into custody by Haverhill police at 3:28 p.m., Saturday, at 63 South Main St. He was charged with a single count of disorderly conduct.

Jeffrey Reynolds, 29, of 32 Oak Terrace, Haverhill, was arrested at 11:28 p.m., Friday, at 103 Washington St. He was charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.

A Haverhill man, arrested late Sunday night on a warrant charging him with assault and battery, is due to appear in district court.

James Cronin, 49, of 65 Franklin St., Haverhill, was taken into custody by Haverhill police at 11:59 p.m., Sunday, at home.
