A Haverhill motorist faces drunk driving and various motor vehicle charges in Haverhill District Court following his arrest by Haverhill police early Wednesday.
Blake Decker, 28, of 186 Morgan Drive, Haverhill, was arrested at 3 a.m., Wednesday, on Newcomb Street. He was charged with driving under the influence of liquor, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, negligent operation and failure to wear a seat belt.

A Haverhill woman, arrested on a warrant Wednesday afternoon, was to appear in court on assault-related charges.
Stella Cleghorn, 34, of 14 Laurier St., Haverhill, was taken into custody by Haverhill police at 12:21 p.m., Wednesday, at 13 Laurier St. Under the warrant, she was charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and assault and battery.
