Massachusetts State Police closed the right lane of Interstate 495 south of the Ward Hill Connector after an accident this morning.
The accident, which took place around 9 a.m., appeared to involve a single sedan which struck the guardrail along the southbound lanes of the highway in Methuen.
No other details were immediately available.
So…. did the driver have a valid Driver’s License? And was the car properly insured? Was the driver “texting” at the time of the accident?
