A Haverhill woman was to appear in Haverhill District Court to face assault charges after her arrest early Thursday on an outstanding warrant.
Katie Betts, 33, of 16 Auburn St., Haverhill, was taken into custody by Haverhill police at 3:48 a.m., Thursday, at 140 Lincoln Ave. Under a warrant, she was charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, two counts of assault and battery and one count of witness intimidation.
