A Haverhill man, arrested by police late Tuesday night on a charge of driving with a suspended license, is due to appear in Haverhill District Court.
Moises Santana, 28, of 3 Dustin St., Haverhill, was arrested by Haverhill police at 11:06 p.m., Tuesday, on Lancaster Street. In addition to the suspended license charge, he was also cited for a lights violation.
