Police Arrest Four During Thursday Warrant Sweep

A warrant sweep Thursday by Haverhill police nets four city residents who face charges, ranging from credit card and identity fraud to heroin possession, in Haverhill District Court.

Jorden Isaac, 26, of 31 Lawrence St., Haverhill, was arrested at 9:42 a.m., Thursday, at home on a warrant charging him with possession of heroin and conspiracy to violate drug laws.

Austin Gimby, 21, of 1307 River St., Haverhill, was taken into custody at 10:13 a.m., Thursday, at home. Under a warrant, he was charged with larceny over $250, credit card fraud over $25, identity fraud and uttering a false instrument.

Sabrina Vieira, 34, of 467 Washington St., Haverhill, was arrested at 8:06 p.m., Thursday, on Vine St. Under a warrant, she was charged with destruction of property, attempt to commit a crime, threat to commit a crime and uttering a false instrument. During the arrest, Vieira was additionally charged with possession of a class B drug.

Jorge Cano, 24, of 115 Boardman St., Haverhill, was taken into custody at 10:32 p.m., Thursday, at home. Under several warrants, he was charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, assault and battery and violation of an abuse prevention order.

In other police news, a Haverhill woman is due to appear in district court on drunk driving charges after her arrest Thursday night by Haverhill police.

Angela Filomeno, 30, of 534 Hadley West Drive, Haverhill, was arrested at 10:40 p.m., Thursday, at 502 Washington St. She was charged with driving under the influence of liquor and alcohol from an open container.
