A Haverhill woman was due to be arraigned in Haverhill District Court on repeat drunk driving charges after her arrest by Haverhill police late Tuesday morning.
Melissa Sullivan, 32, of 27 Victor St., Haverhill, was arrested at 11:33 a.m., Tuesday, at 555 Broadway. She was charged with driving under the influence of liquor (second offense), driving under the influence during a license suspension, operating an unregistered motor vehicle and speeding.
In other police news, a man arrested by Haverhill police early Tuesday on various charges, including theft and witness intimidation, was to appear in Haverhill District Court.
Kyle Daynard, 22, address not listed, was arrested at 2:11 a.m., Tuesday, at 4 Wingate Ave. He was charged with larceny over $250, defacing property, threat to commit a crime, witness intimidation and possession of a class B drug.
