Edmund H. “Buddy” Bruedle Jr., 73, Owned Buds Garage

Edmund_BruedleEdmund H. “Buddy” Bruedle Jr., 73, of Haverhill, died Sunday, March 20, at Brigham & Women’s Hospital, Boston.

He was born in Haverhill, Sept. 30, 1942, son of the late Edmund and Ruth P. (Packer) Bruedle. Educated in the Haverhill school system, Bruedle graduated from Haverhill Trade School.
For more than 30 years he owned and operated the former “Buds Garage” which was located on Water Street., Haverhill.

He enjoyed racing cars at the former Pine Speedway, swimming and singing Karaoke.

His survivors include two sons, Edmund Bruedle of Lebanon, Maine, George Bruedle and his wife Michelle of Haverhill; two daughters, Donna Cahill and her husband William of Methuen, and Mary Ann Robertson of Methuen; a brother, Robert Bruedle and his wife Sandra of Middleton, N.H.; a sister; Shirley Tilton of Haverhill, 10 grandchildren, Eilishia Robertson, Michael Robertson, Christina Robertson, Casey Cahill, Ryan Cahill, Joshua Bruedle, Julia Bruedle, Jenna Bruedle, Kayla Bruedle and Alyssa Bruedle; two great grandchildren, Logan Robertson and Grace Robertson; as well as several nieces and nephews. He was also the brother of the late Jeanette Guzuski.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his visitation Friday morning, March 25, from 10 to 11:30, at H.L. Farmer & Sons Funeral Home, 106 Summer St., Haverhill, followed by a funeral Service at 11:45 at the funeral home. Burial will be private and at the convenience of the family.
