Specialists from the Department of Veterans Affairs will discuss the signs, symptoms and treatment of substance abuse in veterans, and available treatment options at two upcoming events.
Presentations takes place at Haverhill Public Library, Saturday, March 12, and Tuesday, March 15, at 7 p.m.
