A Methuen man is due to appear in Haverhill District Court on drunk driving and other charges stemming from his arrest by Haverhill police Monday evening.
Roger Noel, 46, of Methuen, was arrested at 5:55 p.m., Monday, at 576 Primrose St. He was charged with driving under the influence of liquor (second offense), alcohol from an open container and violation of a municipal bylaw or ordinance.
