Sean R. McConihe, 27, of Haverhill, passed away Thursday, Feb. 25, at Holy Family Hospital at Merrimack Valley.
Born in Haverhill, he was the son of Gerard McConihe of Haverhill and Judy Moynihan of Kingston, N.H. (formerly of Haverhill). Raised and educated in Haverhill, he was a graduate of Haverhill High School, class of 2007. McConihe worked as a carpenter and was also employed at Affordable Window Cleaning in Middleton. He loved to be outdoors and enjoyed fishing in the local lakes and streams. He also enjoyed hiking and biking.
In addition to his loving parents he is survived by his brother, Ryan G. McConihe; grandparents, Papa and Grandy, Robert and Reginia McConihe; his step-father Bobby Cabral; step-mother Lisa Ming; step sisters Katelyn and Ashley; aunt Laurie A. Vafides; cousins Rachel, Joshua and Jacob; uncle Kevin and Diane Moynihan; cousins Jay, Michael, Steven, Stephanie and Joshua; aunt Tracy; cousin Nathan; and close friend, Tom Enaire, of Haverhill.
Family and friends are respectfully invited to attend calling hours Wednesday, March 2, from 4 to 7 p.m., at the Kevin B. Comeau Funeral Home, 486 Main St., Haverhill. Funeral services will be Thursday, 10 a.m., in the funeral home. Burial will follow at St. Patrick’s Cemetery, No. Broadway, Haverhill.
