Police Arrest Two on Assault-Related Charges

Two Haverhill residents were due to be arraigned in Haverhill District Court on assault charges after their arrests by Haverhill police late Wednesday morning.

Megan Noyes, 26, of 5.5 Rose St., Haverhill, and Gabriel Neptune, 31, of 29 Lawrence St., Haverhill, were each arrested between 10:15 and 10:31 a.m., Wednesday, at 56 Lowell Ave. Noyes was charged with two counts of assault with a dangerous weapon. Neptune was charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and assault and battery.

In other police news, a Haverhill man faces shoplifting, assault and battery and fugitive from justice charges after his arrest by Haverhill police Wednesday morning at Central Plaza, 2 Water St.

Felix Rosario, 48, of 139 Evergreen Drive, Bradford section, was arrested at 10:48 a.m., Wednesday.

A Haverhill man is due to be arraigned in Haverhill District Court on multiple assault charges, among others, stemming from his arrest by Haverhill police Wednesday afternoon on several outstanding warrants.

Keith Comeau, 35, of 27 Vine St., Haverhill, was arrested at 2:24 p.m., Wednesday, at home. Under the warrants, he was charged with assault and battery, two counts of assault and battery on a police officer, two counts of threat to commit a crime, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct.
