Keith M. Marable, 61, Worked for Haverhill Public Works

Keith M. Marable, 61, of Framingham and formerly of Haverhill, passed away Feb. 7,  at Framingham Union Hospital.

Born in Haverhill, June 26, 1954, Marable was the son of the late Earle R. and Jean (Perrault) Marable. Following graduation from Haverhill Trade School, class of 1972, he worked many years as a laborer in the construction industry. He worked for Haverhill Public Works Department as a janitor, and collected coins from the city’s many parking meters. While living in Framingham, he worked as a volunteer member for the Department of Disabilities.

Besides his fiancée, Laura Turcotte of Framingham, Marable is survived by his sons, Keith M. Marable Jr. and spouse Angela of Canaan, New Hampshire, Zachary Marable and wife Taryn of Walker, La.; siblings, Cherisse Hamilton and husband David of Belfast, Maine, Nancy Jackson of Seattle, Wash., Richard Marable and wife Linda of Framingham, Terry (Marable) Dawkins and husband James of Bradford, Michelle (Marable) Silver of Haverhill, twins, Andrea Marable of Nashua, N.H., and Adrean (Marable) Degryse and husband Todd of Hudson, N.H.; four grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to the funeral Wednesday, Feb. 17, at 5:30 p.m., at Dole, Childs & Shaw Funeral Home, 148 Main St., Haverhill. Calling hours will precede the funeral from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. Interment, in the spring, at Greenwood Cemetery.
