Haverhill Police Arrest Two on Drug-Dealing Charges

Two Haverhill residents, arrested by police Tuesday morning on drug dealing charges, were due to be arraigned in Haverhill District Court.

Augustin Damian, 37, and Emily Soto, 23, both of 12 Grand Ave., Haverhill, were arrested by Haverhill police detectives between 11:36 and 11:45 a.m., Tuesday, at home. Damian was charged with three counts of drug possession with intent to distribute, distribution of a class B drug and conspiracy to violate drug laws. Soto was charged with two counts of drug possession with intent to distribute, being present where heroin is kept and conspiracy to violate drug laws.

A Haverhill woman, arrested by police Tuesday morning on outstanding warrants for assault and animal cruelty charges, was to appear in district court.

Jessica Harris, 40, of 40 Locke St., Haverhill, was taken into custody at 10;32 a.m., Tuesday, at police headquarters, 40 Bailey Boulevard. Under the warrants, she was charged with assault and battery on a person over 60 or disabled and two counts of cruelty to an animal. No further details were available by deadline.

An Atkinson, N.H. man, arrested and charged by Haverhill police Tuesday evening with driving on a suspended license, is due to appear in Haverhill District Court. Vincent Brandolini, 30, of Atkinson, was arrested at 6 p.m., Tuesday, at 37 Kingsbury Ave. He was additionally charged with a self identification violation.
