Neighborhood Volunteers Can Receive Team Haverhill Help

One Haverhill neighborhood could win a service or beautification project when Team Haverhill convenes its annual “Possible Dreams” March 14.

The non-profit civic group will conduct a drawing for its Neighborhood Project Award, providing up to $300 and volunteer support for a service or beautification project in your own neighborhood. The award will be made to neighborhood teams of three or more people.

“‘Building Community through Neighborhoods’ is the theme—we’ll take a whole-city look at neighborhood energy, downtown progress and city-wide initiatives. Everyone is welcome, and we encourage neighborhood teams to sign up—you might win funds for a neighborhood project! Anyone can form a team,” reads the group’s newsletter.

“Possible Dreams” takes place from 7 to 9 p.m., Monday, March 14, at Northern Essex Community College Technology Center.
