Carmen L. Bastarache, 91, of Bradford, passed away peacefully Monday, Feb. 1, at Holy Family Hospital at Merrimack Valley, Haverhill. She was born in Lewiston, Maine, Jan. 26, 1925, the daughter of the late Evangelist and Albina (Vermette) Galarneau. Bastarache was educated in the Lewiston school
