Police Make Drug Arrests at Westgate McDonalds

Two people, arrested by Haverhill police Thursday night on drug-related charges at McDonald’s, 795 River St., are due to be arraigned in Haverhill District Court.

Jacob Ramsdell, 26, of Topsfield, and Katie Doyle, 22, of Plaistow, N.H., were arrested between 8:55 and 9:19 p.m., Thursday. Ramsdell was charged with possession of a class A drug. Doyle was charged with being present where heroin is kept.

In other police news:

A Roslindale man faces drunk driving and unlicensed driving charges, among others, stemming from his arrest by Haverhill police Thursday evening.

Randolph Grosvenor, 42, of Roslindale, was arrested at 7:31 p.m., Thursday, on Broadway. He was charged with driving under the influence of liquor, unlicensed operation, alcohol from an open container, making an improper turn and disguise to obstruct justice.

A woman, arrested Thursday evening on outstanding warrants for shoplifting and motor vehicle charges, is due to appear in Haverhill District Court.

Joceyln Roy, 32, address not listed, was taken into custody at 6:39 p.m., Thursday, at 75 Kenoza Ave. Under warrants, she was charged with shoplifting, operating an unregistered and uninsured motor vehicle and a number plate violation.
