A Haverhill woman arrested by police Wednesday night near her residence in the Washington Square neighborhood is due to appear in Haverhill District Court on a charge of disorderly conduct.
Samantha Weeden, 27, of 1 Washington St., Haverhill, was arrested by Haverhill police at 8:08 p.m., Wednesday, at 2 Essex St.
