Andover Man Faces Theft, Drug, Auto Charges After Haverhill Arrest

An Andover man is due to appear in Haverhill District Court on theft, drug and motor vehicle charges after his arrest Thursday evening by Haverhill police on outstanding warrants.

Michael Hoff, 23, of Andover, was taken into custody at 5:38 p.m., Thursday, on Carleton Avenue. Under warrants, he was charged with two counts of larceny over $250, improper use of a credit card, possession of a class A drug, driving without a license, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and operating a vehicle with a suspended registration.

In other police news, A Haverhill man is due to face motor vehicle charges in district court after being arrested Thursday afternoon on Interstate 495 northbound.

Hayden Delafuente, 20, of 491 Washington St, Haverhill, was arrested by Haverhill police at 2:33 p.m., Thursday. He was charged with driving with a suspended license, marked lanes violation and a self identification violation.
