  1. Tim, please ask the city’s new councilor why he, as President/CEO of the Merrimack Valley Chamber of Commerce, said literally nothing about the assault the mayor has been engaging in with targeting downtown business owners for new revenues for the city.

Parking taxes, meals taxes, investing in a city vehicle and employees to drive around downtown with the sole purpose of ticketing cars which has turned into a huge revenue source, new proposed parking rate increases, the mayor holding secret meetings to discuss the rate increase without giving proper public notice, especially to local business owners opposed to his plans.

As the main person responsible for helping the very people the mayor is targeting, please ask Joe why he has said nothing about any of this publicly.
