‘History for Half Pints’ Explores Native American Culture Jan. 5

Buttonwoods Museum’s “History for Half Pints” resumes Tuesday, Jan. 5, with an overview of native American culture.

Children, ages 2 to 6, will taste traditional foods, play Woodland Indian games and recreate a simple craft. They can handle stone artifacts and pay a short visit to the exhibit, which contains the Luce archaeology collection.

History for Half Pints takes place between 3:30 and 5 p.m. Cost is $5 per child or $4 for museum members. Space is limited. Reserve a spot by emailing [email protected] by Thursday, Dec. 31, at 5 p.m.
