Barbara W. (Hamilton) Park, 78, wife of the late Hugh D. Park, passed away Monday, Dec. 21 at Wingate at Haverhill surrounded by her family.
Born in Boston, and raised in the Dorchester section, she was the daughter of the late George and Helen (Wilder) Hamilton. She attended Boston Public Schools and Dorchester High School. Park was an accomplished pianist and loved all types of music. She was also an artist, drawing and crocheting her favorites. She loved all kinds of animals.
She is survived by her children, Hugh D. Park Jr. and his partner Debbie of Epping, N.H.; Gary S. Park of Haverhill; Sean M. Park and his wife Laurie (Ivanovitch) of Haverhill; and Eric R. Park and his wife Kristen of Peabody; three grandchildren, Sean Park Jr., Aidan Park and Seamus Park; and her sister, Gail Hamilton of Boston.
Funeral services will be held privately at the request of the family. Arrangements are by the Kevin B. Comeau Funeral Home, 486 Main S., Haverhill.
