The Haverhill Public Library will have a free showing of Ricki and the Flash Saturday, Jan. 2 at 1 p.m., and Jan. 4 and 18 at 6 p.m.
The film stars Meryl Streep, Kevin Kline and Mamie Gummer. A musician who gave up everything for her dream of rock-and-roll stardom returns home, looking to make things right with her family. The movie is rated PG-13 and may feature strong language, violence or other material that is objectionable to some viewers.
