A Haverhill man, arrested Tuesday night on several warrants for theft and firearms charges, among others, is due to be arraigned in Haverhill District Court. Leonard Lee, 31, of 10 Fifth Ave., Haverhill, was taken into custody by Haverhill police at 9:53 p.m., Tuesday, at home. Under the warrants
