A Lawrence man is facing child rape charges after his arrest by Haverhill police early Wednesday stemming from an investigation.
Leonardo Montanez, 34, of Lawrence, was arrested on warrant at 5:44 a.m., Wednesday, at 212 Crystal St. Under the warrant, he was charged with statutory rape of a child and unnatural act with a child. He was due to be arraigned on the charges in Haverhill District Court.
