A blood drive by the American Red Cross Blood Services, Northern New England Region, takes place from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., Friday, Dec. 18, at Sandown Town Hall, 320 Main St., Sandown, N.H.
A blood donor card or valid identification is required to donate and appointments are recommended, according to a flyer. Registration is available at redcrossblood.org or call (800) RED CROSS (733-2767). A “RapidPass” online pre-registration option is also available.
“Start the donation process before leaving home by completing an online pre-donation and health history questionnaire at your convenience on the day of your appointment,” a statement said. “You can save up to 15 minutes at your next appointment.”
