Haverhill Woman Faces Drunk Driving Changes

A Haverhill woman is due to be arraigned in Haverhill District Court on drunk driving charges, among others, stemming from her arrest by Haverhill police late Thursday night.

Jessica Keys, 36, of 55 Walnut St., Haverhill, was arrested at 11:56 p.m., Thursday, at 1 Merrimack St. She was charged with driving under the influence of liquor, negligent operation and a marked lanes violation. She was also taken into custody on an outstanding warrant charging her with assault and battery on a family or household member.

In other police news:

A traffic stop by Haverhill police near the Plaistow state line Thursday night, at 30 Cushing Ave., led to the arrests of two people on various charges. John Gregoire, 35, of 667 Primrose St., Haverhill, was arrested at 10:07 p.m., Thursday, on charges of driving on a revoked license and a marked lanes violation. Minutes later, at 10:26 p.m., Sarah Longval, 31, of Sandown, N.H., was taken into custody on a charge of being a fugitive from justice. Both are due to be arraigned in Haverhill District Court.

A Haverhill man arrested on a warrant Thursday night for unlicensed driving faces an additional drug possession charge in court. Haverhill police report Jacob Emery, 28, of 1005 Main St., Haverhill, was taken into custody at 9:41 p.m., Thursday, at police headquarters, 40 Bailey Boulevard. He was charged with possession of a class E drug and, under a warrant, charged with driving on a suspended license and a number plate violation.

A Haverhill man faces assault-related charges in district court after a separate warrant arrest Thursday night at Haverhill police headquarters. Najee Lambert, 37, of 37 Cedar St., Haverhill, was taken into custody at 5:52 p.m., Thursday, on a warrant charging him with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and violation of an abuse prevention order.
