Office moves continue for Haverhill-based Community Action Inc. (CAI), 145 Essex St., as its Northern Essex Women, Infants and Children (WIC) office becomes the latest department to operate from new quarters.

Northern Essex WIC opened its new downtown office space Thursday at 10 Phoenix Row, third floor, overlooking the Merrimack Valley Regional Transit Authority bus terminal and Haverhill Post Office. CAI’s WIC office relocated earlier this week, according to online posts. A move is also upcoming for CAI’s Adult Learning Center.

The Adult Learning Center “offers high school equivalency test (HiSET) preparation classes, English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) and Career Pathways.”

Last year, CAI’s Low Income Heat and Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) relocated to the ground floor offices at 3 Washington Square.
