Claudette (Faucher-Heselton) Ridlon, 81, Worked in Haverhill Schools

RidlonClaudette (Faucher-Heselton) Ridlon, 81, passed away peacefully Dec. 2.

She was born in Gardner, Nov. 17, 1934, daughter of the late Benjamin and Bella (Croteau) Faucher. Ridlon was a life-long Haverhill resident and educated at the St. Joseph’s grammar school and graduated from the former St. James High School. She was employed as a shipper and receiver at the former General Signal for many years, as well as worked part time in the Haverhill elementary schools. She enjoyed cooking and entertaining, gardening and spending time with her family.

She is survived by her two sons, Daniel R. Heselton and his wife, Laurie, of Kennebunkport, Maine, and Lewis L. Ridlon Jr., and his wife, Tammy, of Concord, N.H.; two daughters, Diana L. Bujnowski and her husband, Kevin, of Hudson, N.H., and Michelle (Mikki) Defeo and her husband, Stephen, of Boxford; a sister, Joanne Kenny and her husband, Thomas. of Seaside, Ore.; nine grandchildren; three great grandchildren; as well as several nieces and nephews. She was also the sister of the late Claire Marie (Faucher) Vecchio of Clemens, Mich.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral mass at Sacred Hearts Church, Bradford, Wednesday morning, Dec. 9, at 11. The family will be receiving relatives and friends from 10 to 10:45 at the church on Wednesday morning. There will be a private burial service at Elmwood Cemetery, Bradford. Arrangements are by the H. L. Farmer & Sons Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Claudette’s memory to the charity of the donor’s choice.
