Salisbury Woman Faces Haverhill Burglary, Vandalism Charges

A Salisbury woman is facing burglary and vandalism charges in Haverhill District Court following her arrest by Haverhill police Friday afternoon.

Elizabeth Davis, 22, of Salisbury, was taken into custody at 1:49 p.m., Friday, at 90 Sterling Lane. She was charged with felony breaking and entering in the daytime, larceny over $250, malicious damage to a motor vehicle and defacing property.

A Haverhill man is due to be arraigned in district court on charges stemming from a reported disturbance Friday evening at Holy Family Hospital at Merrimack Valley, 140 Lincoln Ave. George Dangelo, 53, of 74 How St. Haverhill, was taken into custody at 6:”52 p.m., Friday, on charges of disorderly conduct and threat to commit a crime.

A Haverhill man is due to appear in court on a charge of being a fugitive from justice following his arrest by police Saturday afternoon. Kenneth Smith, 47, of 687 Salem St., was arrested at 1:37 p.m., Saturday, at home.

Two motorists are due to be arraigned in district court on unrelated drunk driving charges stemming from separate arrests by Haverhill police over the weekend.

Police report Tanya Shaw, 27, of Newton, was arrested at 10:52 p.m., Sunday, on Broadway, Haverhill. She was charged with driving under the influence of liquor (second offense), alcohol from an open container, negligent operation, marked lanes violation and possession of a class E drug.

At 4:40 a.m., Saturday, Haverhill police arrested Luis Bueno, 22, of 6 Apple St., Haverhill, on charges of driving under the influence of liquor, speeding and failure to stop or yield.

Three motorists, arrested separately in Haverhill last weekend on outstanding warrants for unlicensed driving and other motor vehicle charges, are due to appear in court.

Thomas Brooks, 42, of Central Falls, was taken into custody at 11:30 a.m., Sunday, at police headquarters, 40 Bailey Boulevard. Under a warrant, he was charged with driving with a suspended license and marked lanes violation.

Jeremy Fabregas, 32, of 40 Locke St., Haverhill, was arrested at 10:26 p.m., Saturday, at home on a warrant charging him with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and speeding.

Sarah Persichetti, 34, of 67 Laurel Ave., Haverhill, was arrested during a traffic stop at 6:42 p.m., Friday, on Alton Avenue. She was charged with driving with a suspended license and a lights violation. Under an outstanding warrant, she was previously charged with another count of driving with a suspended license.
