Two Haverhill residents are due to be arraigned in district court on cocaine trafficking and other drug dealing charges after an investigation by Haverhill police led to their arrests early Wednesday.
Paul Morales, 31; and Kayla Giuffre, 23, both of 179 Grove St., Haverhill, were arrested between 2:07 and 2:18 a.m., Wednesday, at home. Each was charged with trafficking in cocaine, drug possession with intent to distribute and conspiracy to violate drug laws. Under an outstanding warrant, Morales was also charged with distribution of a class A drug.
