Haverhill Police Arrest Two on Drug-Related Charges

Two women are facing drug dealing charges in Haverhill District Court after their arrests on warrants Monday morning by Haverhilll police detectives.

Raylynn Hartford, 40, of 5 Baldwin St., Haverhill and Jaclyn Connor, 19, of Salisbury, were taken into custody 11:09 a.m., Monday, at 5 Baldwin St, Each was charged with distribution of a class B drug and conspiracy to violate drug laws. Connor was additionally charged with being present where heroin is kept.

In other police news, a Haverhill man, arrested Monday afternoon during a traffic stop, also faces drug dealing charges under an outstanding warrant.

Fernando Crispin, 41, of 21 Auburn St., Haverhill, was arrested at 3:39 p.m., Monday, at 4 Auburn St., on a charge of driving with a revoked license. Under a warrant, he was additionally charged with distribution of a class A drug and conspiracy to violate drug laws.
