To help residents break out of the paycheck-to-paycheck cycle, Haverhill Public Library is presenting a free class on financial responsibility.
The class takes place Tuesday, Dec. 8, at 7 p.m., at the library. It features a presentation by TD Bank on developing a plan to get out of debt, the importance of tracking your spending,and more.
