Nancy (Collins) Crisostamo, 59, of North Andover, passed away Monday, Nov. 2, at Massachusetts General Hospital. She was born in Haverhill Feb. 28, 1956, daughter of the late Daniel P. Collins and Mary (Sharkey) Collins. She was raised in Bradford and graduated from Haverhill High School, class o
