Three people, including a Methuen resident, face drug-dealing charges from Haverhill police as the result of an investigation and arrests by detectives Monday morning in a lower Acre neighborhood.
Julio Cirino, 44, of Lawrence; Rosa Gonsalez-Ortiz, 26, of Lawrence; and Jose Santiago, 47, of Methuen, were arrested between 10:45 and 11:27 a.m., Monday, at 22 Franklin St., Haverhill. Each was charged distribution of a class A drug, drug possession with intent to distribute, conspiracy to violate drug laws and drug violation near a school zone.
They were due to be arraigned on the charges in Haverhill District Court.
