Bernard W. Muir, 58, of Haverhill, husband of Kathleen T. (Foley) Muir, passed away Oct. 11, at Merrimack Valley Hospice House, surrounded by his loving family. Born in Burlington, Vt., he was the son of Rita M. (Jerome) Muir and the late Howard W. Muir. He attended Whittier Regional Vocational T
