A Lawrence man, arrested by Haverhill police Monday night on a drunk driving charge, is due to be arraigned in Haverhill District Court.
Wilmar Perez, 24, of Lawrence, was arrested at 8:38 p.m., Monday, at 35 Computer Drive. He was charged with driving under the influence of liquor.
In other police news, a Haverhill man is due in court to face a police charge of drinking in public following an early afternoon arrest Monday. Gregg Costa, 41, of 145 Essex St., Haverhill, was taken into custody at 12:07 p.m., Monday, at 108 Main St.
