Police Charge Two Men on Drug Dealing Charges

Two men are due to be arraigned in Haverhill District Court on drug dealing charges after their arrests by Haverhill police detectives during an investigation Tuesday afternoon.

Wilkins Martinez, 33, of Methuen, was arrested at 2:32 p.m., Tuesday, at 45 Oak Terrace. He was charged with drug possession with intent to distribute, conspiracy to violate drug laws and a drug violation near a school zone. About 50 minutes later, Haverhill detectives arrested Dominique Paulino, 24, of 45 Oak Terrace, at 3:23 p.m., at home on identical charges.

In other police news, a Beverly woman is due in court to face multiple motor vehicle charges under outstanding warrants following her arrest Tuesday evening at 21 Portland St., Haverhill, stemming from a police investigation.

Haverhill police report Kimberly Ocean, 46, of Beverly, was arrested at 7:06 p.m., Tuesday, charged with an abuse prevention order violation. She was also taken into custody on warrants charging her with two counts of operating an uninsured vehicle or trailer, driving with a suspended license, driving without a license, operating an unregistered vehicle, operating with a suspended registration, number plate violation and with annoying telephone calls.
