Haverhill Man Faces Drug Dealing Charge Following Tuesday Arrest

A Haverhill man is due to be arraigned in district court on drug dealing charges following his arrest by Haverhill police Tuesday afternoon.

Carlos Guadalupe, 55, of 77 Bellevue Ave., Haverhill, was arrested at 1:56 p.m., Tuesday, at home. He was charged with two counts of drug possession with intent to distribute.

In other police news:

Two people, including a Lawrence man, face unrelated assault charges in court after their arrests stemming from separate police investigations.

Jose Defrancesco, 41, of Lawrence, was arrested at 10:28 a.m., Tuesday, on Vine Street. He was charged with assault and battery and witness intimidation.

Later, at 7:39 p.m., police arrested Brenda McNee, 39, of 10 Marble St., Haverhill, at home on a charge of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.

Two Haverhill men were arrested on warrants within a 35-minute span face common assault charges in connection with an alleged noisy fight, or affray.

Gilbert Vasquez, 19, of 2 Swasey St., Haverhill and Dalvin Andino, 18, of 36 Bellevue Ave., Haverhill, were each arrested between 11:10 and 11:44 a.m., Tuesday, at their homes. Under warrants, each was charged with assault and battery, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and common law affray. They were due to be arraigned in Haverhill District Court.

A Haverhill woman was to appear in court on credit card fraud charges after his arrest on a warrant Tuesday by Haverhill police. Calin Noyes, 21, of 28 Lewis St., Haverhill, was taken into custody at 8:48 a.m., Tuesday, at police headquarters, 40 Bailey Boulevard. Under a warrant, she was charged with receiving a stolen credit card and credit card fraud over $250.

A Haverhill man was arrested during a traffic stop Tuesday morning on Interstate 495 northbound and charged with driving with a revoked license. Haverhill police report Luis Defex, 32, of 31 South Riverview St., Haverhill, was taken into custody at 8:11 a.m., Tuesday.
