Janel J. Hetel, 34, Died of Heroin Overdose

Janel_HetelJanel J. Hetel, 34,of Sandown, N.H., passed away from a heroin overdose Saturday, Sept. 12.

Hetel was born in Portsmouth, N.H.,  daughter of Jayne R. Gore and the late Leland J. Hetel. She was educated in the Framingham school system and graduated from Framingham High School. For many years she was employed in the food industry. Her true passion was art. She could write and express herself so freely and easily. Hetel loved spending time with her family and going to the beach.

She was predeceased by her father, Leland Hetel and her brother Joshua Hetel, who passed away in 2013. She is survived by her mother, Jayne Gore of Groveland; children Jayden Gore of Merrimac, Jeovanni Revas and Jayda Hernandez; fiancé,William Greene III of Sandown, N.H.; brother Andrew Clark of Grovelan;, sister, Alexis A. Revas and her husband Eddie of Millinocket Maine; maternal grandmother Joanna Rodakis Gore of Groveland; as well as several aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend calling hours Thursday, Sept. 17, from 4 to 8pm at the H.L. Farmer & Sons Funeral Home 106 Summer St. Haverhill. Her funeral service will be Friday, Sept. 18 at 11 in the Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Riverview Cemetery, Groveland.
